What to check if verification or password reset emails don't arrive.

If a verification or password reset email doesn't arrive, please check the following:

  1. Spam and promotions folders. Our emails sometimes land there. Mark them as "not spam" so future emails arrive in your inbox.

  2. The right email address. Use the address you signed up with. If you signed up with Google, there may be no password set yet. Use Sign in with Google instead.

  3. Wait a few minutes, then request the email once more. Several requests in a row can delay delivery.

  4. Strict email providers (for example some company or privacy-focused mailboxes) may block our emails. Try again with a different address if possible.
