Update on blank screen issue, long loading times & general errors
Hello DailyPlaylists community, Lately we have received reports about the website taking a long time to load, sudden black screen displays and ocasional errors in submission process. After conducting an internal investigation, we found that this issue was being caused by a caching issue. This morning we implemented an update that should fix the issue for all users. We recommend doing a hard refresh of the browser, as this cleans the cache and pulls the most updated version of DailyPlaylists. Here is a resource on how to hard refresh the browser: https://fabricdigital.co.nz/blog/how-to-hard-refresh-your-browser-and-clear-cache After the hard refresh, the site should work correctly and load smoothly - any comments that confirms that the issue has been resolved are appreciated. Hola equipo de DailyPlaylists, Quiero expresar una inquietud que tengo en relaciΓ³n al procedimiento de evaluaciΓ³n de mΓΊsica en la plataforma. He utilizado tanto el envΓo gratuito de 10 crΓ©ditos estΓ‘ndar incluido en el plan bΓ‘sico, como el pago de envΓos en otras plataformas como Groover, y me he dado cuenta de que los mismos curadores que estΓ‘n en DailyPlaylists estΓ‘n mΓ‘s abiertos o mΓ‘s dispuestos a aceptar la mΓΊsica cuando reciben el pago, pero cuando el envΓo es gratuito reciben o rechazan de forma mΓ‘s rΓ‘pida, sin darle una oportunidad justa a la canciΓ³n. Mi mΓΊsica cumple con las condiciones que exigen los curadores, tiene calidad tanto en la grabaciΓ³n como en la composiciΓ³n, pero asΓ y todo veo que reciben mΓ‘s rechazos en DailyPlaylists que en Groover, a pesar de que estΓ‘n evaluΓ‘ndola los mismos curadores. Este procedimiento deja una sensaciΓ³n de desigualdad, como si el pago determinara mΓ‘s que la calidad de la mΓΊsica en sΓ. Me pregunto: quΓ© estΓ‘n haciendo para que el procedimiento de evaluaciΓ³n sea mΓ‘s justo, independiente de que el envΓo sea gratuito o de pago. ValorarΓa mucho que puedan darme una explicaciΓ³n o considerar implementar mΓ©todos mΓ‘s equitativos en el futuro. Last week I submitted to playlists on standard plan - this week I have more standard credits, so when I go to submit, are the playlists removed that I previously submitted to? I donβt want to duplicate submissions

Improving Playlist Curation
A major issue is the time suck of sifting through low quality playlists. We donβt need more playlists, we need a focus on quality. RED FLAGS I see often on DailyPlaylist: - more tracks than followers - over 100 - 150 tracks on a playlist - high followers counts with no streaming data - βvibe matchβ could be cool, but the metrics (duration, bpm, modality) arenβt very good indicators for determining if a playlist matches a vibe. - additional info section under playlist has a submit here or a website There has to be a way to filter these playlist out before they get added to the catalog.

You should make things a bit better with submissions
Itβs very disappointing to not have a βno responseβ option when submitting to a playlist. First of all, the credit should be sent back because it was not really used and second is inaccurate to see these cases as declined. Also a real decline submission should ALWAYS have a reason of not approving the song, not only for feedback purposes, but also to make the curator really explain why the song did not fit the playlist (whether is not fitting the genre or just a bad song)

Hello, after the changeover, I can't find anything anymore, and I don't understand the whole system at all. Please help urgently. I actually created five projects, and because I wanted to create a new project, I deleted one, but now I still can't create a new project. Then it's the case that five out of five songs are currently selected, but I can't reduce this number. What am I doing wrong? Can I export this data before deleting the projects? And then there's the question of how the whole thing works automatically. Or do I have to purchase Standard and Premium Submissions for each project? Please help!

I'm experiencing a technical issue when trying to submit a pitch through your platform. After I upload my track and click to proceed, the page just keeps loading and never moves to the next step. Could you help identify the cause of this issue and suggest any possible solutions? Iβd also appreciate it if you could inform me whether there are any compensations available, as this error has been occurring repeatedly since yesterday and itβs preventing me from doing anything on the platform. It would be so cool to have open hours where you can accept submissions, because if I leave it open 24/7, to many accumulate overnight. If I could set it to 7 AM - 7 PM for example, it would be great! Thanks!
