Update on blank screen issue, long loading times & general errors

Hello DailyPlaylists community, Lately we have received reports about the website taking a long time to load, sudden black screen displays and ocasional errors in submission process. After conducting an internal investigation, we found that this issue was being caused by a caching issue. This morning we implemented an update that should fix the issue for all users. We recommend doing a hard refresh of the browser, as this cleans the cache and pulls the most updated version of DailyPlaylists. Artist Pro Discovery Email Messages and Social Media Links

I just started using Artist Pro last month and I’ve noticed that the majority of the emails I receive about the song being discovered and added to playlists have messages from the curator that ask me to share this and tag them on social media but only a few have actually included links or social media names in the message. I know that these are standard submissions and you only show social media accounts on the premium ones but maybe some kind of reminder would be good for curators accepting these submission that social media links are not included here. I know a few of the messages even said β€œPlease read and follow instructions…” and the proceeded to say that if you want to stay on the playlist longer than a few days or a week that you need to follow their Instagram and share and tag them, but no links or even names. That sharing benefits the artist and curators so I have even tried to find some of them based on their Spotify names and still can’t do that most of the time. I’m all for sharing if my song is added to a playlist, but they need to tell the artists what account needs to be shared. With how many times I’ve seen this in the last couple of weeks, I’m not sure that they are fully aware that artists don’t see that. I also don’t see a way to view these messages/notes from curators via the Dashboard. That would be nice so that it isn’t ONLY in the emails.

Playlist deleted without any reason

My playlist called TWS was deleted again on your website without any reason. I re-uploaded the playlist, added most of the songs sent and, two days later, it was deleted again. I dedicate a lot of time to listening to a lot of music. Access weekly for a long time. I accept the vast majority of them. I consider that my percentage of refusals is quite low. I receive nothing in return for my work and dedication. I am 62 years old. I was sick for two or three weeks. During that moment I was unable to access the website. When I logged back in, I saw that some of my playlists had been removed. That's not fair! I felt unfairly punished. I deleted my remaining playlists. Days later I put some playlists back on your website. Even so, in full compliance with the new usage policy of your platform, I had my TWS playlist removed from the DP again. I replaced the playlist for the second time. Two days ago I resent the playlist, I went online, received and accepted songs for the list, and today, two days later, the playlist disappeared from your website again. When I share the link for submissions to my playlists on Instagram, I am doing free publicity for the platform. I will not spend any more time to be disrespected by your system. If this isn't resolved, I will delete all my playlists and never return. I hope this message reaches some human capable of understanding the problem that is occurring.

hey fam, really diged into this artist pro plan, it is cool, i just bought it for the first time and the features are really usefull to me :) sorpresively i couldn’t find to much info about this on youtube or social media, by the way Sunset Hunter this side, would love to sugest more monthly placements? maybe weekely threshhold to placements? just an idea, i feel the plan is worthy, the 30 standard credits feels like in the begginings of th platform with 25 weekely credits was fire, feeling that again. as a lofi creator i find the catalog preety intresting and having many submissions is awesome, and being able to reach new years with the feedback session. would definetly reccomend the plan to other lofi artists have a nice one, Sunset Hunter email: ramchill98@gmail.com ig: @Sunset Hunter
