Update on blank screen issue, long loading times & general errors
Hello DailyPlaylists community, Lately we have received reports about the website taking a long time to load, sudden black screen displays and ocasional errors in submission process. After conducting an internal investigation, we found that this issue was being caused by a caching issue. This morning we implemented an update that should fix the issue for all users. We recommend doing a hard refresh of the browser, as this cleans the cache and pulls the most updated version of DailyPlaylists. Here is a resource on how to hard refresh the browser: https://fabricdigital.co.nz/blog/how-to-hard-refresh-your-browser-and-clear-cache After the hard refresh, the site should work correctly and load smoothly - any comments that confirms that the issue has been resolved are appreciated. Professional Tab Broken

Recommend playlists don't work that well
Hi, Iβm a bit disappointed by the professional version I just bought. Every song has recommended playlists but theyβre just based on the speed of the song but not really of the vibe, which results in almost all these playlists declining the songsβ¦ Itβs not really an added value this way, paying 20EUR per month sadlyβ¦

Seeing Track Feedback/Disabling Track Feedback
Hello, I have some songs that I added to track feedback but cannot see them in my Artist Pro Dashboard. I can only see the songs I submitted in the catalogue and cannot access other songs. Also I turned off track explorer for one of my tracks to update the genre, but it seems it does not let me add anymore songs to the catalogue even though there are only 4 there.

Hey there π You should make 2 Specific and VISIBLE/ACCESIBLE Tabs for both Playlister and Playlists. I mean as an artist I`d like to easily check and/or submit to an specific Curator or PlayList I like the most without needing to mandatory submit. IΒ΄d like to see curator bio, social links, activity in Plataform, if it active and the frecuency, time working on the platform, and lot of more possible data. As a Curator IΒ΄d like to compare myself with other to improve my job, see my range, my place in Plataform. It would be a really helpful tool that only leads to improve the whole ecosystem and locate the platform as the best on market. Thanks

Song not on approved playlist
This is like the 100th time I will get an email saying my song was approved but when I go to the playlist on Spotify, the song is not there, if the standard submission which is free don't want to receive songs then just make the whole service paid so we don't waste out time with it ..

Hey again team. This times would be about create a system that allows to see when we already made a submission in order to avoid Playlists duplicates or triplicates, broken deals, waste of credits etcetera. For instance: In my specific case I curate first for listeners, then for artists, cuz the best results are when you got a Playlists with several listeners. ThatΒ΄s the main target that leads to more artists want to get in those Playlists. Thas why I take care of my PlayLists like gold or diamond. I can have a Playlist like those in screenshots cuz is not good nor serious for new mor regular listeners. As an artist is excellent. As a Curator is awfull. So create a mechanism to detect and stopped duplicates would improve all ecosystem at all. Thanks always. DP is the best platform ever for music.

Hi, I just started using Artist Pro and currently have 6 submissions remaining as part of the plan. However, Iβm unable to use them. This Track from Jot Kosmos. It is possible to delete this track from this DailyPlaylist Account? Max ist 3 Accounts. And Jot kosmos can only with 2 Accounts. My account is not more responsible for this Artist and Trackβ¦. I think it was only a Test of Dailyplaylists. The Spotify Account. 2. Question: If an other Artist take 3 accounts of my Track, he can block me on Daily Playlists? Do you have the possibilty to remove a submisson, and the slot is free after this acion? Other Artists have this problem too, and i have now to organise that, sorry :( Languages German/2 English (Do you speak german?)
