Support Gate: Can you join support gate AFTER you submitted?

Hello, just joined DP and I couldnt run the support gate requests (requirements?🤨 ) on one of my browsers. So, I hit submit, mainly so that I did not lose the playlists then switched to a brower that would work. However I can not find the support gate info for the submissions anywhere. Using standard credits. Are they available to find again? Is there a way I can rescend to then resend? Unrelated: Is there a way to get the “Purchase Credits” ad to not come up EVERY time I visit the dashboard? Thanks all.

I keep trying to connect my spotify that originally signed into daily playlist with but it keeps making me re-sign in AGAIN AND AGAIN. this is SUPER frustrating! I'm paying money for these extra credits monthly and I'd feel like I'm wasting my money if I can't use them because of this issue!! I've retried the same email "anthonymk342@gmail.com" and then another "officialzoro007@gmail.com" to see if any of those would work but NOPE. nothing worked. :(

Upstream Request Timeout Error - Unable to Stream Submissions

Hi everyone, I have been continuously getting an "Upstream Request Timeout" error on and I am unable to play/stream music on the platform at all. I have tried refreshing and logging in multiple times but the issue persists. I am attaching a screenshot for reference. Has anyone else been experiencing this? Would love to know if there is a fix or if the team is already looking into it.

Not working

I signed up for the subscription.. ever since, the credits that refresh TOMORROW do not work —- so I have wasted my money..? It literally just gives me the loading wheel of death…I have tried on my phone, computer, I have updated everything. It appears to be a glitch within the system.. please advise when this will be fixed, and will I be repaid for credits I cannot use??

This spotify link is either invalid or unavailable.

Dear all, I can't send my playlists, this message keeps appearing. These same playlists were working fine and getting uploads before the new updates on the platform, but after the updates, they stopped receiving them. To try to fix it, I removed all of them and tried to send them again. Now this message keeps showing up, making it impossible to use the platform.
