Update on blank screen issue, long loading times & general errors

Hello DailyPlaylists community, Lately we have received reports about the website taking a long time to load, sudden black screen displays and ocasional errors in submission process. After conducting an internal investigation, we found that this issue was being caused by a caching issue. This morning we implemented an update that should fix the issue for all users. We recommend doing a hard refresh of the browser, as this cleans the cache and pulls the most updated version of DailyPlaylists. Time spent on Playlist!

I am noticing a trend here. I get approved for several playlists but I am removed or not even added by the time the e-mail shows up. The rotation on some of these playlists a week or less. I think they are just farming users to get paid by quantity. I would like to see an average up time for what users can expect. I know it’s not up to DailyPlaylists to decide but it’s not encouraging.

Hi, I'm reviewing the campaign methods my curation team has been using, and honestly, the return on investment with the Pro plan is extremely low! The standard points are practically disposable, as no playlist that appears to be generating results is accepted. The playlists that are accepted add no value! It ends up being inconsistent to spend $20 a month for nothing.

Two days ago, I noticed that two playlists I had published on the platform had disappeared. I tried to add these playlists back to the platform, but I got an error message saying, “This Spotify link is invalid or unavailable.” But I checked my Spotify profile settings, and these playlists are public. Please advise on how to resolve this issue because I want to add a song to the playlist that the artist sent me, but right now I can either get a refund or reject this song.
