The problem occurred when I was in the professional submission section and I wanted to edit the projects. So I took away two of the songs to add new ones, but i couldn't add any new ones, those project slots where gone.

Update on blank screen issue, long loading times & general errors
Hello DailyPlaylists community, Lately we have received reports about the website taking a long time to load, sudden black screen displays and ocasional errors in submission process. After conducting an internal investigation, we found that this issue was being caused by a caching issue. This morning we implemented an update that should fix the issue for all users. We recommend doing a hard refresh of the browser, as this cleans the cache and pulls the most updated version of DailyPlaylists. Here is a resource on how to hard refresh the browser: https://fabricdigital.co.nz/blog/how-to-hard-refresh-your-browser-and-clear-cache After the hard refresh, the site should work correctly and load smoothly - any comments that confirms that the issue has been resolved are appreciated. Hello, I hope you are doing well. I would like to report an issue I’m experiencing with the site. I subscribed to the Pro plan using a different profile in order to grow the followers of a playlist on my main profile. Unfortunately, I’m unable to add the playlist for submission, as it says the playlist belongs to a different profile. This playlist is actually mine, and I have already added the current profile as a collaborator. Could you please let me know if it’s possible to enable the playlist for submissions? Do you review the playlists before adding them to your list? I noticed that one of the plylists that added my track and which comes from your platform is likely botted. I'm concerned about whether I should use your platform in future if you allow for botted playlists.

Hello, Would be possible to consider a feature to refresh playlist followers in order to enable premium submission? I have a new Pop playlist with 1005 followers, but I still can’t enable it to premium, the followers counter is still at 997 and not 1005. Thanks!

Specifically, to “User Trizzoh rated:” link bellow of the user https://open.spotify.com/user/22fwep7o6tzsmxofiw3yxqaya Tep by step response to your rating. This is what you wrote “What did you like? i liked the unique vibe of the track. it was definately different. What can improve? i think that the sounds all sounded dry and there was not much of an arrangement —> my response. Fitrst about dry sound. Use better quality headphones or speakers. Now about the arrangement. If you concluded that instruments arranged and/or arrangements over all in this composition are not much, than you do not know how to arrange. My advice to you is followed. Learn how to create harmony in music. If you already do (which I doubt), than learn how to rate music right. Rating others music is a specific profession, that requires rating sense. And just being able to create music is not enough to rate right. To dailyplaylists.com and to Track Explorer. Good job. keep it up. like I mentioned before, filter your curators who rate music. they are no good.

Hello, please could you double check my standard submission credits not increasing after declining hundreds of standard submissions? How does it work? Will the pre-save gates work? As a test I tried to decline without playing standard submissions, the system allowed it, why? What’s the minimum amount of listening in order to get credits and pre-saves? Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks.
