Update on blank screen issue, long loading times & general errors

Hello DailyPlaylists community, Lately we have received reports about the website taking a long time to load, sudden black screen displays and ocasional errors in submission process. After conducting an internal investigation, we found that this issue was being caused by a caching issue. This morning we implemented an update that should fix the issue for all users. We recommend doing a hard refresh of the browser, as this cleans the cache and pulls the most updated version of DailyPlaylists. URGENT: Technical Error - Pro Plan Credits Lost / Submission Stuck

Hello Daily Playlists Support Team, I am writing to report a critical technical issue I experienced immediately after subscribing to the Pro plan. Yesterday, I started the submission process for my track. However, right at the final step, the screen froze on the loading animation (please see the attached screenshot). I left the tab open overnight hoping it would process, but the screen remained stuck on the loading circle. When I finally refreshed the browser today, I discovered that my credits were deducted from my account, but the submission was not completed. This is very frustrating as I have paid for the service but cannot use it due to this glitch. I kindly request an urgent solution: Please restore my credits so I can resubmit my track properly, or confirm if the submission was actually received on your end despite the error. I have a print but i can't send it here, it only shows to take a screenshot now and i am in another page.
