i bought the Pro version for 19.99 and ever since then I have not been able to submit a single song.

    Hi Dark Lamb Official,

    Thank you for further clarifying this issue and explaining what you have done already. Some troubleshooting we recommend is the following.

    Log out and back in, try and submit a different track to see if the issue persists and also share the track you've been having issues with.

    With those details, we will do our own verifications.
