You should make things a bit better with submissions

It’s very disappointing to not have a “no response” option when submitting to a playlist. First of all, the credit should be sent back because it was not really used and second is inaccurate to see these cases as declined. Also a real decline submission should ALWAYS have a reason of not approving the song, not only for feedback purposes, but also to make the curator really explain why the song did not fit the playlist (whether is not fitting the genre or just a bad song)
