what next after the campaign

Have you activated the campaign recently? The Automatic Submission algorithm progressively sends your music to playlists and learns with each submission, so it is normal that it takes a bit before getting an approval.

Remember that Automatic Submissions can go up to 10 per day, and if you have more than one campaign active those 10 daily submissions are divided between the number of active campaigns.
