What happened to the track explorer?

Is the track explorer supposed to look like this? Because in my memory it used to be possible to choose from a selection of tracks and earn submission credits for giving feedback to them. If I don’t know a n

ame of any track I could give feedback to then I can’t search for any either. Is there any update going on with the track explorer right now?
