Unable to submit songs

Every time I select a song to submit, the site freezes. Nothing happens. I already tried a hard reset on the browser, but it didn’t help.
Steps:
1. Enter the song name in search box
2. Find the song I want to submit at the top of the list
3. Click on the song - nothing happens.
I have submitted many songs in the past. This is a new issue.
