Thanks for reporting this and for the screenshot - that made it much easier to track down.
We've confirmed this is a bug on our end with the trade proposal submission flow, and it's now logged with our development team. We're looking into the root cause and will get it fixed as soon as possible.
In the meantime, unfortunately there isn't a reliable workaround since the submission is failing before the trade is created - we'd recommend trying again once we confirm the fix is live, rather than repeatedly retrying.
