They add to the playlists I didn't make requests for.

I had a pedding for 15 playlists and recently I received a confirmation for one of them, I looked and realized that I did not submit my music to this playlist, why is this happening

    Can you share the following info to asses the case:


    - Link to the spotify playlists
    - Type of submission
    - Link to your spotify user account
    - Email address associated to the account
