Please why has my coins not been refunded?

Daily playlist I'm calling on you, some curators declined my request and yet my coins has not been refunded, this has been going on for weeks and yet I'm being told to subscribe again

Is very bad and speak so bad of your reputation and your playlist I need my coins back!!!!!

I even sent mails and yet no response this is so bad!
