Support Playlist Collaborator Accounts for Submissions

Hi DailyPlaylists team,
We admin submissions for several playlists of artists and fellow curators.

We noticed that allowing verified collaborators or admins to manage submissions for a playlist is a feature requested several times for over a year.

Is it a feature that is already available?
