Support Gate: Can you join support gate AFTER you submitted?

Hello, just joined DP and I couldnt run the support gate requests (requirements?🤨 ) on one of my browsers. So, I hit submit, mainly so that I did not lose the playlists then switched to a brower that would work. However I can not find the support gate info for the submissions anywhere. Using standard credits.

Are they available to find again?

Is there a way I can rescend to then resend?

Unrelated: Is there a way to get the “Purchase Credits” ad to not come up EVERY time I visit the dashboard?
