We tried your suggestions, but still it does not work. The workflow is broken- when we select a song >then a playlist to submit our song into, the page just does the cycle animation over and over again.
Please raise this issue with your backend team this seems to be an issue on your end. Everything works fine except the last step when submitting a song for playlist consideration.

Thank you for reaching out. Can you please hard refresh the browser and share the track link you are trying to submit?
Also, paste the track link directly into the search bar at the bottom that says "Paste your Spotify Song link here”. Spotify’s API sometimes fails to find certain tracks.
