So what’s the point of using your services when the curators you work with does not want artists who uses your services to grow… who are they deceiving

    Thanks for getting in touch! We understand it can be disappointing to see your track removed from a playlist shortly after being added.

    With Standard Submissions, curators have full control over their playlists, and while many keep tracks live for a good amount of time, some may update their selections more frequently. These submissions don’t include guaranteed placement or feedback, and while we do keep an eye on general curator activity, our direct oversight is more limited compared to Premium submissions, where specific expectations and guarantees are in place.

    That said, your feedback is really helpful, we use it to continuously improve the platform and ensure a fair experience for everyone. If you have concerns about a particular playlist, feel free to share the details and we’ll be happy to look into it.
