    Hi LuvDex,

    Thank you for reaching out. Depending on what you are asking, response times vary:

    • Standard Submissions: take up to 21 days to expire if the submission is not answered. This is non refundable

    • Premium Submissions: take up to 7 days to expire, and credits are refunded is not answered.

    • Premium Curator applications: We respond to applications every two weeks.
