Respond to approved

I received emails from the approved playlist ads. Often these have a note or message, but no way to reply. Nor can you see what socials these people have when they share and you cannot tag them as a thank you. It makes one look unappreciative to the ad that they had given you and cost to customer time and having to try to sort out who the curator is and tag them. Super inefficient. We need to be able to see full messages and be able to reply even if it's with an emoji thumbs up heart Etc.
