Requesting a refund for my Annual Pro Membership

I purchased a year-long membership in November. The automatic submission feature was removed six months into my membership, and the updated professional tab offers no value whatsoever to an annual subscription holder, as my β€œfive song projects per billing cycle” is only scheduled to refresh once per year. This was an absolutely disgusting bait-and-switch by DailyPlaylists, and I am requesting a refund for my 12-month membership purchased in November.
