Receiving a bunch of submissions but playlist followers don't increase.

Hey guys, we’ve been receiving tons of submissions in the last 2 days but the playlists linked to our gates are not increasing in follower numbers… any idea why is this happening?

We’re something like 50 subs, 1 follower… I get that some people are already following the playlists etc… but this never happened before!
