Quick question:

Feature Request

Been with daily playlist since 2022. Having a hard time understanding what's been happening lately. Paying for this service / taking the time to pitch songs to playlists / having an incredible response and lots of playlist adds which is great……but why no spins? Added to over 20 playlists this week and not 1 spin. 0.00 spins to be exact. Nothing. Nada. 0. What's the point? Decent list sizes too 500-2500 supposed playlist followers. Why is the acceptance from playlists not equating to listeners?

    Hi Chuck,

Thank you for reaching out and for being a long-lasting user. Regarding your question, please understand that depending on the type of submission, we don’t guarantee streams; some playlists may be inactive, or are generating not as many streams as expected, and also considering that your tracks were added just a week ago, it could be a bit early to review the performance.

We understand that growth is important when pitching to a playlist; however, please understand that we work as a marketplace for curators and artists, and the performance of the playlists is out of our scope.

I hope you can understand, and if you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

    All the best,

    DP Team
