Purchased “premium credits” that can’t be used

I was directed to purchase premium credits to submit my track for $20 and now I have 10 standard credits instead and I cannot use them on any of the curators I’m trying to submit to. And when I got to standard credit curators there are no curators found under the genres “metal, prog, or alternative rock”
