Hello, after the changeover, I can't find anything anymore, and I don't understand the whole system at all. Please help urgently. I actually created five projects, and because I wanted to create a new project, I deleted one, but now I still can't create a new project. Then it's the case that five out of five songs are currently selected, but I can't reduce this number. What am I doing wrong? Can I export this data before deleting the projects? And then there's the question of how the whole thing works automatically. Or do I have to purchase Standard and Premium Submissions for each project? Please help!

The Professional Plan is capped at 5 projects per month / billing cycle meaning if you’ve uploaded 5 and deleted one, you wont be able to upload a new one. You’re not the first user to experience the confusion here - so we’re willing to re-instate the deleted project if thats interesting to you?
The plan does not have any automatic elements - it was a very hard decision.
We made the change with Automatic Submissions for many reasons, ultimately, we’ve had roughly 4 years of data on this tool and despite being its biggest selling point, the automated feature was also its biggest issue. It was definitely a tough decision, but we wanted to try and create a more crafted and hands on product that gives transparency and also increases response rate. Especially in the changing world of submission strategies, the best approach is a well crafted and precise one rather than a mass submission.
There was only so much quality control we were able to do in terms of sending submissions to playlists based on the system and taking into account curator responses, meaning that towards the end, we were receiving many more questions rather than compliments and satisfied customers based on the placements and the results - this prompted us to make a change.
The new recommendation system gives the customer much more control and clarity on who they should submit to and why they should submit - to counteract the removal of auto subs, these submission types also do not trigger gates, have a 7 day response time and are also stickied to the top of curators dashboards - in terms of response and acceptance rate results, this submission sits much closer to premium than it does standard.
