Pro membership standard submission error??

Hi so I recently just signed up for the professional plan and I wanted to use the new submission credits that I get with the membership to promote, however since last night and this morning I've been trying to promote one of my songs to a few vibe matched playlists and there seems to be an error where it won't go through no matter how hard I try or restart the browser I thought it would have fixed itself in a day but please I need this fix because I'm paying for this membership and if I can't use it then I want a refund
