Subscribing to playlists on my behalf

Good afternoon. After I registered on your platform, my Spotify account keeps popping up playlists that I didn't subscribe to and artists that I didn't subscribe to. Can you tell me what this is related to? I understand if it was curators adding my songs to their playlist, but these are just some playlists that don't have my songs on them. As an example, the screenshot below. The link is to a playlist that I ended up subscribing to, even though I didn't do it myself:
