Playlist Submissions Pending for Nearly a Week

Hello Daily Playlists Team,

I would like to ask about the status of my playlist submissions.

Several submissions have remained pending for almost a week without any update. I completely understand that reviews may take time, but it would be very helpful if artists could receive a clearer estimated review timeframe or status update.

At the moment, it is difficult to know whether the submissions are still being reviewed or have simply been delayed.

Thank you for your time and support. I appreciate the work your team does for independent artists.

    Hi Jalan,

    Thank you for your inquiry regarding your pending and expired submissions.

    To clarify how our credit system works:

    - Standard Credits: These credits are not eligible for refunds and expire 21 days after issuance.
    - Premium Credits: These are refunded if a submission remains unanswered after seven days, or if the curator chooses to issue a refund.

    Curators can see how many days they have left to respond to Premium Submissions, while Standard submissions are stacked and they can respond to them until expired.

    I hope this clarifies the system a bit.
