Playlist submission doesn't work

I’ve been waiting for more than half an hour on this screen. Today and yesterday (more than an hour yesterday). The loading screen doesn’t lead to anywhere and the submissions selection are reseted if I refresh the page. The song that is been submited is “Sobreviver aos 30” by Artur Wais.
