For the Standard Submissions, the threshold is to be over 100 followers and have legit followers (no bots - we do regular revisions to ban suspicious curators / playlists).
For Premium Submissions, the thresholds is having more than 1,000 followers, but that is just a first indicator - we then review engagement, organic growth and branding to determine if the curator is accepted as Premium.
