Playlist I was added to through DP changed from undetermined to botted

Hi there, I recently was added to a playlist which was rated “undetermined” on DP and looked fairly safe going on the data provided by Artist Tools. However, I have just noticed that it recently has changed to being flagged as a botted list. How do I go about being removed from the list as there is no contact for the curator?
