Playlist Abuse by Daily Playlists and / or Curators

Ive been paying lots of money to Daily Playlists for years to get a constant stream of listeners to play my songs. Ive just logged into my personal account and am SHOCKED to see that i have 748 Public playlists linked to my account and hundreds of liked songs and followers - all of them made without my permission.

I am already paying for your service - that should be enough compensation to fund your company and your curators. But on top of that, to have a backdoor application installed on customer accounts that allows Daily Playlists and Curators to take control of your personal account is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

This is a serious abuse of trust towards the customers that fund your business.

So who is responsible for all this abuse on my account? Who is going to clean it up?

I have lost confidence in your service and I wish to request a refund of all the money that I have paid you in the last week.
