Payment of Funds

Good afternoon, I requested a $30 payment on August 1. It’s been 10 days now, and I still haven’t seen the funds credited to my PayPal account. I entered all the information correctly. So I decided to ask whether this is just a delay or if there might be some specific issues on my end?
