Not working

I signed up for the subscription.. ever since, the credits that refresh TOMORROW do not work —- so I have wasted my money..? It literally just gives me the loading wheel of death…I have tried on my phone, computer, I have updated everything. It appears to be a glitch within the system.. please advise when this will be fixed, and will I be repaid for credits I cannot use??
