Not receiving submissions. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, I published a playlist about four or five weeks ago, and I haven’t received any submission yet, or if I have received a submission, I haven’t seen any email notification. This is strange because the same playlist is receiving submissions very often in other platforms. Since it was obvious that there was something wrong, I created an alternative account to be able to submit a song to my own playlist. I haven’t received the submission. Can you please help me out? What am I doing wrong? I love the service and it has been helpful so far, but this is weird. Thank you in advance.
