My play lists is not getting saved

Hello team! I noticed that I have been getting a lot of submissions, however the okay play list I am trying to add isn’t saving and I am not seeing any followers or playlist saved. It will be the underground sounds only.

It’s been a few days and I have not seen any save to the only list.

Idk if it’s a bug but I was all excited cause I know I linked it to most playlists and today all play list but still nothing. I could use help on figuring this out.
