Missing Account Infromation

I’ve logged in with Google account, but I can’t see any Account settings menu next to language selection. The same problem witn new Incognito browser. I cannot log in with Spotify stating “Looks like you are already using Google to login. Try again.”. Also I cannot see Spotify linking options.

There must be some page for logout and handling linked accounts?
