It’s now letting me accept songs

Hello, I am trying To accept songs that are being requested and some are getting accepted will some are saying error please try again. I refresh every reload then the songs I already accepted are still there. I don’t know what’s going on if you can please help me fix the situation. I would greatly appreciate it.!
