Issue with playlist submission

I pay for the subscription to submit my songs to playlists. The past 2 weeks, everytime I try and submit my song it never loads the page with the playlists to select. It just goes to a blank page. I would like to have this resolved as soon as possible as I might consider to unsubscribe. Thanks
