Issue with accepting a track

I’m a curator on the platform and I’ve been trying to accept the same track for 2 days now but it keeps giving me and error and asking me to try again later, not sure if this is a wider issue but this artist is waiting for a response and don’t want it to reflect negatively on me if I’m unable to respond in time even after reviewing.
