Improvement suggestions

Dear team members. I have a recommendation. It’s about feedbacks:ratings of curators. Each curator who rates someone else’s music, should go through some kind of a test. The reason is follows. A lot of the curators who rate others, think they’re extremely professional, when they need lots of improvement themself. Specially skills to rate music. Low quality musician can not rate music acutely. Even extremely professional musician may be great at creating music, but really bad at rating music. Rating/feedback others music requires skills. Instead rating f having an open rodeo for all curators to rate music, have them pass a test of questions and rate trial music, to determine if they rate accurately.
