I make 25 submissions, only 10 show up on my dashboard.

This problem has been going on for quite some time. Every week I use my 25 free credits to submit to playlists, but when I go to my dashboard only 10 are acknowledged. (See attached image.) I would very much appreciated if this problem was fixed.
