I have a new song and it won’t allow me to select it for playlisting

Feature Request

I’m trying to submit my new single “Empótrame contra el taquillón” to curators. The track appears correctly in the search bar, but when I select it to start the process it disappears and I cannot continue.

I also tried pasting the direct Spotify track link, but the same issue happens:

I’m attaching screenshots showing the error.

Could you please help me fix this issue?

    Hi Cucho,

    Thank you for sharing the track link and explaining the issue, this usually is due a lower listenership, which can take awhile to populate in Spotify's system, as we work with Spotify’s API, it could take a couple of days to pick up on the platform.

    We will communicate it to the team, but this is likely the issue, as we replicated the submission flow with your other tracks and they process correctly.
