I can ‘t seems to add new song to the pro dashboard for recommendation, the song submission without gate. It seems my submission run though the regular submission with submission gates?

Thanks for reaching out, the Recommendations tab is now fixed and you should be able to submit without an issue.
Could you please try performing a hard refresh on your browser to see if that resolves? Sometimes this can help with temporary caching problems.

Hi DP Team,
Thanks for fixing the Recommendations tab. I can now submit recommendations for the 6 songs I’ve already submitted, but I still can’t add new songs to promote under recommendations. When I try adding new songs, they’re treated as regular submissions with “submission gates,” unlike recommendations which don’t have gates.
I’d really like to be able to promote new songs via recommendations as well. From my understanding of the revised Professional subscription, all songs should now have recommendations available, unlike the old system where you had to put in and take out songs (limited to 5 at a time). Could you clarify if this is correct?
Also, will all songs automatically be added to Track Explorer, or do I need to manually add them? I noticed that my submitted songs don’t seem to appear there.
Appreciate your help and looking forward to your clarification.

So sorry for the late reply. Currently, the mechanism to submit to Recommendations is to submit through Standard Submissions, and then the Recommendations tab gets populated. Then you get the Recommendations to submit without gates.

Thanks for the clarification. That doesn’t seem to be what’s happening on my end. Currently, only 6 of my songs have recommendations, and any new songs I add only go through the regular submission process.
Could you please check why this might be happening on my account? I’d really like to ensure all my songs are eligible for recommendations.

Currently, this is the mechanism we have after the bug fix. To get the recommendations, you first need to submit a standard submission.
