Hi team, I would like to address an issue regarding the automatic submission service. When I joined on December 2nd, it was stated that the service could provide up to 10 playlist placements per month. However, as of now, I have only received 2 playlist placements, which is far below the promised potential. If achieving 10 placements per month isn’t feasible, I kindly suggest reconsidering how the service is advertised to avoid misleading expectations. Transparency is crucial for maintaining trust with your users. Could you please provide clarification on this matter? Thank you for your attention.
We do not guarantee any placements, at the end it is completely up to the curators to decide if they add or not a song to their playlists - we do not influence any curation decisions.
The 10 playlist placements in the Artist Pro plan is not a guarantee, but a limit on the automatic submission feature.
