Glitch of submission

I keep getting emails saying my submissions have been accepted and added to playlists. Then when I log on there’s no proof of this, I still have coins and it says zero submissions yet I’m getting emails of curators asking for money and asking for follows on socials. Can some one other than Daily Playlists explain this to me?
