Free standard credits not given out yet

Why hasn't the site given out  the 10 free standard credits tonight?  I's 8:35 pm EST.  Usually, they are given out at 8 pm EST

    Could you please try performing a hard refresh on your browser to see if that resolves the issue? Sometimes this can help with temporary caching problems.
