Followers count doesn't move (new playlist)

Hi. I’ve recently submitted new playlist and set up “follow the playlist” gate. I am getting submissions, but the follower count on my playlist did not move at all. This is a new playlist on this platform, so it is not a case of the same user submitting multiple times.
