Can you please share your spotify user link, track link and email associated to the account?
For the user link you can find it by:
1. Go to your Spotify account. 2. Click on your profile picture. 3. Select 'Profile'. 4. Click on the three dots (...) below your picture. 5. Choose 'Copy profile link'.
Have you try submitting other tracks? Can you please share a screenshot? And if possible the browser search console to review the issue better.
