When trying to send a "song swap" offer to another curator the message appears:
"Unfortunately there has been an error sending your proposal, please try again later. Our team has been notified and are investigating the cause."
The submission does not complete after several attempts on different browsers/devices.
Also, when updating the language of a playlist, the platform displays a notice that the change has been successfully saved, but when reloading the page the language reverts to the previous value and the setting is not preserved.
