I would like to address both a question and an issue I have been experiencing for over two weeks, related to the update of my gateway.

The numbers shown in the attached image have not changed and do not match the actual figures of my Spotify playlist. At present, I have over 210 followers on the platform, yet the image still shows the number 157, with no updates.

I would like to know the reason for this issue and whether it is within your ability to resolve it.
