Dispute / False Acceptance Report - Free Submission

Dear Support Team,

I am reporting a widespread issue where at least half of the playlists marked as "Approved" for my submissions do not actually contain my tracks on Spotify; is this a known systemic issue or false acceptances by curators? Please investigate..
