When we received such reports, we marked the curator and informed them of the issue so they could revert the submission or explain why they removed the track from the playlist.
If we receive 3 gate abuse claims, we would ban the user indefinitely. Please share the submission approval email, playlist link, your Spotify user link and the track you submitted, so we can proceed with this.
